No. I'll come out, have a look, and give you a clear price. No obligation.
I stick to premium brands and am Dulux-accredited. Depending on the job (interior or exterior), I'll recommend the right system and finish. I can go through options when I quote.
It's just me. No crews, no hand-offs. I've come back to painting after years in architecture and engineering, so I understand both the craft and the big picture. You get one person, clear communication, and work I stand behind.
Yes. One room, patch and paint, skirting boards, a single door or ceiling. Small jobs (one to three days) are welcome. I bring the same care to a single bedroom as to a full repaint. Same day or next-day quotes when possible.
Yes. Pre-sale touch-ups, refresh for auction, end of lease repaints, and rental property painting are all part of what I do. I work with homeowners and agents to get properties looking their best, often with quick turnarounds. Get in touch and I can schedule around your timeline.
Yes. Full exterior repaints (render, brick, weatherboard), plus front doors, garage doors, deck staining, eaves and fascia, metal railings, pergolas, and trim. If it's painted or stained on the outside of your home, I can help.
It depends on the scope. A single room might be one to two days. A full interior or exterior can be one to several weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline when I quote. I pack down at the end of each day and keep the work area tidy so you can live in the house while work is in progress.
I cover and protect furniture and floors, and I'll move what I can. For larger items (e.g. beds, heavy wardrobes), it helps if you can shift them away from the walls or I can work around them. I'll let you know what's needed when I scope the job.
